A large juvenile Blue Razorfish (Xyrichtys pavo). They are only found over large areas of fine-loose coarse sand and this site is perfect for them.
You usually just see individuals who if they feel cornered or threatened by a diver will dive quickly into the sand beneath them and disappear.
